petques is designed to keep your pet’s information useful to you and private by default. We collect only what is needed to provide and improve the service.
Information you provide
This may include your account details, your pet’s profile and health information, photos, appointments, treatments, vaccinations, and reminders.
How we use information
- To operate, secure, and support petques.
- To keep your records synchronized across your devices.
- To provide features you request, including AI-assisted features.
- To diagnose errors and improve reliability.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, and AI service providers to operate specific features. They receive only the information necessary to perform that function. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated pet data using our account deletion page.
