Delete your account

The in-app deletion flow will be available before public release. While petques is in preview, you can request complete account deletion by email.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@petques.app from the address associated with your petques account and use the subject “Delete my petques account.”

What will be deleted

Your account, pet profiles, photos, health records, appointments, treatments, vaccinations, reminders, and other content associated with your account will be permanently removed, except where limited retention is required for security or legal obligations.

Timing

We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days. We will confirm by email when it is finished.
